Al Hamra Bloom Living, developed by Bloom Properties in Zayed City, Abu Dhabi, is an upcoming low-rise residential development. The scheme draws on Southern Spanish forms—terracotta rooflines, arched colonnades and ample balconies—and arranges buildings around landscaped plazas with a ground-level retail promenade. Spanning more than two million square metres, the master plan links residential phases through central gathering points and continuous outdoor zones to support walkability and communal activity. A central lake anchors the layout, with surrounding walking and cycling routes, outdoor dining areas, open green plazas and multiple neighborhood parks. Public routes and plazas are intended to promote outdoor engagement and connect neighborhoods across the site, combining residential accommodation with on-site retail and a range of outdoor amenities in a low-rise, community-oriented setting.
