Radiant Terrace

Radiant Terrace, developed by Radiant Enterprises Real Estate, is a residential development on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi within the Shams Abu Dhabi precinct. The scheme offers a mix of studios and one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments together with a limited selection of upper-level duplex homes. Residences feature private terraces, extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing and fully fitted kitchens. The tower is supported by a six-level podium that houses a range of lifestyle amenities for occupants, consolidating communal facilities beneath the residential floors. The design emphasis is on functional layouts and generous glazing to enhance natural light and openness within each home.
