Bayn Waterway

Bayn Waterway by ORA in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi, near the Dubai border, is ORA’s first project in the UAE and is planned as a beachfront, master‑planned waterfront community. The scheme is positioned along the shoreline and is designed to combine residential and supporting uses within a single development. The residential component comprises 3–5-bedroom villas described with contemporary architecture, roomy layouts and refined finishes.
