Bayn Lagoon

Bayn Lagoon, developed by ORA in Ghantoot near the Dubai border in Abu Dhabi, is a master-planned beachfront community and represents ORA’s first project in the UAE. The development positions residential neighbourhoods alongside dedicated leisure and retail components within a waterfront setting. The residential offering includes villas with three to five bedrooms and townhouses with three to four bedrooms. On-site provisions emphasize leisure and wellness alongside retail amenities, forming a mixed-use environment intended to operate as a self-contained waterfront community. The scheme is presented with regional connectivity in mind, providing links to both Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
