Wadeem Gardens

Wadeem Gardens by Modon Properties in Abu Dhabi is a residential villa development on Al Hudayriat Island. The project comprises a curated collection of finished, turnkey villas arranged across three gated clusters and offered as private homes with a variety of internal configurations. Homes are available in two architectural expressions — Contemporary Arabic and Modernist — giving buyers a choice of exterior character. The developer markets the villas as fully specified at handover, with interior finishes and fittings included so units are ready for immediate occupancy. The combination of the gated-cluster arrangement and the island setting are key distinguishing features of the release.
