Nad Al Dhabi

Nad Al Dhabi, developed by Lead Development, is located on Jubail Island in Abu Dhabi. It is shown on the island masterplan alongside other precincts such as Marfaa Al Jubail and Seef Al Jubail. The development forms part of the island community and offers landscaped surroundings with views toward the Abu Dhabi skyline. The site is close to Jubail Mangrove Park and within reach of regional cultural and leisure hubs referenced in the masterplan, including Saadiyat Island and Yas Island. The island plan highlights themes including nature, arts and commerce that frame the neighbourhood and its connections to the emirate’s transport and commercial destinations.
