Missoni Residences, developed by Emirates properties, is located on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The project is a waterfront residential development that introduces residences shaped by the Missoni brand’s Italian design heritage and distinct aesthetic motifs.
The scheme is presented as a collection of homes on a notable Al Reem Island address, combining a waterside setting with brand-led architecture and interior direction. Emphasis is placed on design detail and a cohesive residential offering rather than standalone commercial elements. Its location on Al Reem Island places it within one of Abu Dhabi’s established island districts, providing residents with close access to the wider neighbourhood’s urban services and waterfront environment.
