The Wadi, developed by Cosmo Developments in Abu Dhabi on Yas Island, is a mixed-use community occupying a 144,703 sqm parcel along the Yas Canal. The masterplan is informed by a wadi concept: meandering pathways and a planted central valley organize the site, with landscaping prioritizing native species such as ghaf trees, date palms and mangroves. A waterfront marina terminates the green corridor and frames views toward the Gulf.
Residential units are designed with private balconies or terraces where specified by the plan and include fitted kitchen cabinetry and worktops, fully tiled bathrooms plus guest toilets with showers, double-glazed windows, central air conditioning, vanity fittings and dedicated parking. The scheme combines residential accommodation with waterfront amenities and extensive landscaped public realm to create an integrated, mixed-use environment.
