Granada is a residential project by Bloom Properties in Abu Dhabi, delivered as the fourth phase of the Bloom Living community in Zayed City. Due for completion in Q4-2026, the initial phase includes eight four-storey buildings with a mix of studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Homes feature open layouts, high ceilings, ample glazing and private balconies, with design influences from Mediterranean architecture. The development sits within a community offering landscaped courtyards and a range of shared facilities such as swimming pools, a clubhouse with sports and leisure spaces, fitness areas, cafés and children’s play zones. The location provides straightforward road links to major highways and a short drive to Abu Dhabi International Airport.
