Manchester City Phase 2

Manchester City Phase 2, developed by Ohana Real Estate Development in Abu Dhabi, is a waterfront residential scheme on Yas Island close to the Yas Canal. The masterplan groups townhouses, duplexes and villas along landscaped streets and canal-side promenades, with generous planted areas woven through the community. Design language is contemporary, featuring expansive glazing and private gardens that give each home a sheltered, tranquil feel within an active setting. Apartments and houses are planned with open living and dining layouts, terraces, private gardens and bedroom suites with balconies. Villa offerings extend the internal programmes to include private pools, outdoor lounge areas, maid’s rooms and covered car porches. The development is positioned near Yas Island’s leisure and lifestyle amenities.
