Toledo is a residential project within Bloom Living in Abu Dhabi, developed by Bloom Properties. It comprises a variety of townhouses and villas offered in two- to five-bedroom layouts to suit multiple household needs. Unit mix ranges from two- to five-bedroom homes, covering a range of household requirements. Covering about 2.2 million square metres, Toledo takes its design inspiration from Mediterranean Spanish architecture, which informs the development’s aesthetic and planning intent. The scale and architectural references are applied across the community’s built form and open areas. Toledo is positioned within the wider Bloom Living masterplan in Abu Dhabi.
