Yas Point by Aldar Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi is a waterfront mixed-use development located on the northern shoreline of Yas Island.
The project has an estimated gross development value of AED 6 billion and covers about 600,000 square metres. It is planned to accommodate roughly 5,000 residents across some 1,600 branded residences and integrates residential units with hospitality, retail, dining, education and leisure components. The scheme is positioned as a combined beachfront community with a range of on-site uses intended to serve residents and visitors alike while remaining close to other island amenities.
