Marsa Al Saadiyat by Aldar Properties PJSC in Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Island is a large-scale waterfront development focused on creating a comprehensive coastal community. The masterplan covers roughly 6.4 million square metres and extends along about 8 kilometres of Saadiyat Island coastline, with an estimated investment of AED 100 billion.
Planned to combine residential areas with supporting infrastructure and cultural and natural elements, the project—formerly known as the Saadiyat Marina District—aims to deliver an integrated living environment rather than a standalone residential complex. The scale, coastal frontage and major capital commitment are primary differentiators for the development, which is positioned to contribute substantially to the island’s urban fabric.
